What is mediation? It’s a way for two parties to reach a mutually satisfactory settlement to a dispute with help from a neutral third party, like CA Consumer Law APC.

Eligibility
Our legal mediation services are available to those who have attorney representation. We act as a neutral third party, assisting with negotiations between the defendant's and the plaintiff's attorneys.
To be eligible for our legal mediation services, you must either be a company/manufacturer with an attorney, a consumer with an attorney or be an attorney acting on behalf of a client.
Both the defendant and the plaintiff must also be open to mediation; we are not here to convince a party one way or the other but rather to help two willing parties settle a dispute without a trial.
Process
Because every dispute is unique, our mediation process varies from case to case. That being said, the first step in moving forward is having both parties agree to use CA Consumer Law APC as their neutral third-party mediator.
Once that has been established and we have a better understanding of the situation, we can properly outline the process and what both parties should expect.
